Job Responsibilities :
  • Business Development Reps (BDR’s): Outbound pipeline generation (calling out based on Size of Prize, cross-sell/up-sell opportunity)
  • Sales Development Reps (SDR’s): Inbound pipeline generation through Marketing leads (Events and digital marketing), partner/channel driven leads
  • Opportunity qualification and flipping to AE for deal progression/closure
  • Measures: Pipeline generated, Pipeline converted, Number of opportunities flipped to AE
Desired skills:
  • Excellent communication skills and corporate presentations
  • Understanding of CRM tools and customer expectations
